A TRIP TO THE FALL
I can't even describe how I feel right now..
So I just lost about 20 posts from my blog and I have zero idea on how to get them back.. Sad doesn't even describe how I feel right now.
But then, I have some good news for you. I got a new addition to this blog, just because I want you to look forward to reading every post on this blog and that's my lovely friend Sini. She is such a slayer, good with makeup and hair too, so we'll both join efforts to serve you better.
I had a fun weekend and that's basically because I finally visited Gurara falls. It's one place I've always heard about and longed to visit. Finally my dreams came through last Saturday when my friends decided we should hang out there and it was worth the wait.
You know how your trip is always fun especially when you travel with people that make you laugh a lot.. Ours was just like that. Seeing the famous Zuma rock and getting lost while trying to locate the site was another interesting part of our trip.
I was amazed at the fact that people living outside Niger State keep hearing about Gurara falls while those living in the state do not even know what it is. Getting directions was hard because the people we met mostly did not understand English while those that did, don't even know where it is. They kept giving us wrong directions and we kept missing turns. Just imagine if we were actually low on fuel lol.

Before evening we actually got there in one piece only to find out we have to pay to get in... (why didn't nobody tell us this??) well we no get choice, we paid and got in.

The way the water fell on the rocks, the serenity of the surrounding, the rocks and trees... I was quite overwhelmed. I had fun getting in the water while taking over a million pictures.
A couple came for their pre - wedding shoot and it was really nice because the girl is a makeup artist while her husband is a photographer. Yea I know, a beautiful combination!!!
After taking all the pictures we could, we ate the snacks we got and headed home.
PS : kimono was made by me while we got our shorts for just #300 yes baby!! Click here to find
out how.
I'll gladly suggest you visit the falls so you can tell your own story. I'll really love to hear what you think. Till next time, XOXO
